If you’ve been reading our blog the past few weeks, or if you’ve ever been into the Nova Cafe, you know that we put a huge focus on supporting local businesses, good food, and great ingredients. Another great business that we love to support is Hot Mama’s Salsa. They’ve been around since 2003 and are a Bozeman food lover’s dream. Just like us, their focus is on delicious, fresh ingredients and quality recipes.

Diana started making her salsa to give to friends as Christmas gifts and her business immediately took off. She now has her own fully licenced kitchen, where she makes all of the products that Hot Mama’s wholesales to local businesses. Along with salsa, Hot Mama’s makes guacamole, chipotle cream cheese, and even hand-pressed margarita mix!

At the Nova Cafe, you can order a side of Hot Mama’s salsa to accompany any of our delicious meals and we couldn’t recommend it more!
