Sustainable Seafood....Nova Uses MT Fish Company!

If you’ve tried any of the Nova Café’s seafood dishes, you might have thought to yourself, “Wow, this tastes really great!” Well, yes, yes it does. And that is because:

1. The Nova makes awesome food. But you already know this.
2. The Nova Café buys their seafood from the Montana Fish Company.

“What,” you might be wondering, “is so great about the Montana Fish Company?” Well, their fish is delivered to them via air cargo every single day. They also have master fish cutters making sure that each serving of fish is the best it can be. And of course, their fish and seafood tastes extra delicious because it comes from a source where the seafood is harvested in a sustainable manner. Okay, okay, maybe that doesn’t really make it taste better, but it sure makes it a lot cooler!

So the next time you find yourself thinking about really delicious fish or seafood, stop by the Nova Café and try one of their delicious meals. Perhaps the Thai Salad, which is topped with grilled shrimp (among many other amazing ingredients!). Or maybe you want the Eggs Argyle, which is just like Eggs Benedict, except the ham is replaced by wild Alaskan smoked salmon. Yum!
