At the Nova Cafe, we offer the freshest, healthiest food available and strive to support as many local producers and businesses as possible.

We get our beef from Yellowstone Grassfed Beef, ham and bacon from Montana's Best Meats, goat cheese from Amaltheia Dairy, specialty cheeses from Mountina Cheese and Lifeline Farm, seafood from Montana Fish Company, and our dairy and eggs from local providers.  We serve an array of local artisan breads from The Co-Op, On the Rise Bakery and Wheat Montana. Some of our produce providers include Field Day Farms, an organic mushroom blend from Garden City Fungi, Homefries from Bausch Potato, organic Flathead cherries from The Orchard at Flathead Lake, and many more.

If breakfast is your game, we've got the best in town. Voted the local's favorite, we feature everything from seasonal specials such as Pumpkin Spiced Waffles or a Thanksgiving Omelette to Local Flathead Cherry Cottage Cheese pancakes or Local Wild Chantrelle Mushroom Hash. All of this is served up with a mouth watering array of espresso drinks, featuring Cravens organic certified fair trade Nova Blend coffee, and Chai Tea from Tipu's Tiger Chai.

If lunch is more your thing. well we've got you covered there too. Carnivores and vegetarians alike will enjoy a delicious variety of homemade soups, salads with homemade dressings, hot and cold sandwiches served with baked french fries.
