At the Nova Cafe, we offer the freshest, healthiest food available and strive to support as many local producers, farmers and businesses as possible.
We get our beef from the J Bar L Ranch, bison from Kroon Bison Ranch, goat cheese from Amaltheia Dairy, an organic mushroom blend from Garden City Fungi, seafood from Montana Fish Company, Chai Tea from Tipu's Tiger and our dairy and eggs from local providers.
If breakfast is your game, we’ve got the best in town. Voted the locals' favorite, we feature everything from seasonal specials such as Pumpkin Spiced Waffles or a Thanksgiving Omelette to Local Flathead Cherry Cottage Cheese pancakes or Local Wild Chantrelle Mushroom Hash. All of this is served up with a mouth-watering array of espresso drinks, featuring Cravens organic certified fair trade Nova Blend coffee.
If lunch is more your thing, well we’ve got you covered there too. Carnivores and vegetarians alike will enjoy a delicious variety of homemade soups, salads with homemade dressings, hot and cold sandwiches served with baked french fries.
